If an agency is having difficulty in securing appropriate medical supports or specialists appointments, both our Health Care Facilitator and Direct Support Nurse can advocate on the individual's behalf.

This is often not an east concept for staff to accept and we are here to support.
Our Direct Support Nurse will schedule regular visit to administer injectable medications. Unfortunately, at the time we do not have the capacity to respond to emergency injectable medication requests such as those for seizure protocols or part of a behavioural response plan.
Our Direct Support Nurse can work with the pharmacy or PHP to review current medications and make recommendations.
